Using the ritual
What order do I use the products in?
Scrub once a week before shampoo, then shampoo, condition, and finish with a pump or two of oil on damp mid-lengths and ends. Find your routine for amounts that suit your hair.
How often should I use the scalp scrub?
Once a week, on a damp scalp before shampooing. Massage it in, then rinse thoroughly. Your scalp feels light and refreshed.
How much oil should I use?
Start with one or two pumps warmed between your palms and work them through mid-lengths and ends. Use a little more on longer hair; ends should feel soft, not heavy.
Where can I find the ingredients?
The full ingredient list is printed on every carton.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship within the US only. One-time orders of $75 or more after discounts ship free. Rates and delivery times are in our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account to see every order.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. What can be returned, how long you have and how the return label works are set out in our refund policy. To start a return, sign in to your account and choose the order.
Orders and payment
How do I update my card?
Sign in to your account and update the payment method on your order or subscription. We never ask for card details by email.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Email us at info@opulencerb.com as soon as you can with your order number, and we’ll do our best before it ships.
