Where we ship
We ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on one-time orders of $75 or more, after discounts.
- Orders under $75: shipping is calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.

Local pickup
Local pickup is available at checkout where offered. We'll email you when your order is ready; please bring your order confirmation. Orders are held for 7 days, after which we'll contact you to arrange delivery or a refund.

Address changes
Contact us at info@opulencerb.com as soon as possible if your address needs to change. We can't change an order once it has shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email info@opulencerb.com with your order number and we'll help.
